J.P. Reddy
Vice President, Engineering and Technology
J.P. came to Speech Soft Solutions with more than 17 years of industry experience in IVR /Self Service technology design, development and deployment. He has high-level knowledge covering the various self-service system technologies, as well as in-depth knowledge of latest IVR technology standards. J.P. has managed various aspects of IVR projects, including requirements for hardware, software, design and testing, and VUI design. J.P. also has extensive vertical industry knowledge and experience.
J.P.’s recent projects include Project Lead / VUI Designer for Limited Brands (Victoria’s Secret); Voice User Interface Designer for Wellpoint Inc. California, Solutions Architect /Project Lead for Blockbuster Online, and Solutions Architect /Project Lead for HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield Dallas, TX). For 17-plus years, J.P. successfully managed an extensive range of projects while working for Intervoice, Inc. (now Convergys).
In December 1990, J.P. earned a BS in Computer Science from Central State University, Edmond – Oklahoma. J.P. also has a BS in Maths from University, Hyderabad – India
Dan Landry
Vice President, Sales/Business Development
Dan joins Speech Soft Solutions with over 30 years of sales and marketing management experience with high-profile companies in the technology industry. Dan’s expertise includes building strong relationships and supporting progressive organizations in growing new business, developing key accounts, and optimizing sales and profit performance.
At Intervoice, Inc., (now Convergys) Dan spent 17 years as an Account Director for Channel Partner Sales in Vertical and Horizontal Industries, where he developed ROI strategies for the partners, and compelling benefits to deliver the value proposition to the end customer. During that same time, Dan also served as the Reseller Sales Director/ Channel Partner Sales in Vertical and Horizontal Industries. Dan was a President’s Club Achiever nine times.
Prior to Intervoice, Dan was the Account Director-MCI Sales, as well as a Manager, Customer Sales and Support-Motorola, receiving the number one business unit designation and achieving the President’s Club Award.
Dan received his MBA in Business and a BS, Personnel Management from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. Dan also served in the Louisiana Air National Guard.
