Designing and building a solid and efficient VUI is a demanding process that requires a unique set of skills. The Speech-Soft Solution's VUI process starts with a clear definition of business objectives and caller tasks and then focuses on the caller's demographics, human factors, how often they call, what they say and how they accomplish the tasks today. We listen to recordings from your call center, talk to agents and interview callers.

Next, call flows and initial dialog design are created. These are refined through feedback from client operational groups and user focus groups. As robust as the VXML platform is, system implementation requires key integration processes and sequences to deliver computer telephony integration (CTI). VXML platforms are able to integrate with third-party CTI products, such as, Genesys Framework/CTI and Cisco UCCE/ICM and AAA CIM. You can implement and customize many CTI features such as call routing, callback, screen pop, outbound, conference and the like. VXML technologies can easily integrate with CRM platform such as Sizeable, People Soft, MS CRM, SAP and Oracle CRM.
